Feasability Study

Urban Infill Feasibility Study

Our feasibility studies help investors assess what a site or property could realistically accommodate before committing to a purchase or detailed design. We explore the development opportunities and key constraints, giving you a clearer basis for your next decision.

We review the site’s layout, access, surroundings and relevant planning policies, then test suitable design options. This may include exploring conversions, additional floors or new buildings, with early consideration of space, natural light and practical requirements.

We bring the findings together to explain the options, likely challenges and areas needing further investigation. With a clearer understanding of the site’s potential, you can decide whether to proceed, refine your brief and plan the next stage.
