Planning Strategies

Comparing site development options

A considered planning strategy helps you decide how best to move a development forward. We work with investors to explore the options for a site or property, balancing commercial goals with its planning potential.

We review the site’s planning history, local policies and surrounding context to identify opportunities and likely challenges. By comparing possible uses, layouts and scales of development, we help you choose a realistic direction before committing to detailed design.

We then set out a practical route forward, including where early council feedback, specialist reports or a phased approach may be useful. This gives you a clearer understanding of the next steps, helping you plan your investment and address key issues early.
