New Built Flats

Warm brick London apartment building

We design new-build flats that make considered use of your site, balancing development potential with comfortable, practical homes. Each project starts with understanding your goals, the surroundings and the opportunities the plot offers.

From individual apartment layouts to the overall building design, we consider natural light, privacy, access and shared spaces. Our approach brings these elements together to create homes that work well for residents and sit comfortably within the neighbourhood.

We develop your proposals from initial concepts through planning drawings and technical design, according to your project’s needs. Working alongside the relevant consultants, we help turn your ideas into a coordinated scheme ready for the next stage.
